CHAMBOURCIN
A dry, light bodied red, similar to Sangiovese. Hints of cranberry and cherry. Very mild tannins.
Pairs well with lasagna, pizza, or any fatty food.

A dry medium bodied red with notes of black pepper, pump, and dark chocolate.
Pairs well with BBQ, eggplant parm, or a BLT.

A dry light blend consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petite Verdot. Hints of blueberry and vanilla.
Pairs well with chicken cacciatore, pork chops, and roast beef.

A sweet blend of Villard Blanc and Chambourcin, with hints of watermelon and peach, Our answer to white Zinfandel but not as sweet.
Pairs well with tailgating and sunsets.

A dry blend of Villard blanc and Chambourcin. Hints of lemon, cranberry and raspberry.
Pairs well with front porches and brunch.

A dry blend of Villard Blanc and Chambourcin, hints of cranberry and raspberry. Carbonated.
Pairs well with gorgonzola, Mothers Day and tulips.
WHITES

2020
SPRITZY VILLARD BLA NC
A dry fizzy white, similar to Prosecco, but made from Villard blanc grapes. Hints of lemon, carmel, and honeysuckle.
Pairs well with cucumber sandwiches, fruit skewers, and fajitas.

FIZZY VILLARD BLA NC
A sweet fizzy white, similar to moscato, but made from Villard blanc grapes. Hints of lemon and honeysuckle. Makes a great mimosa.
Pairs well with poolside hotdogs, french fries, and days on the beach.

2017
VILLARD BLANC
Fermented in Stainless Steel, this Villard blanc is dry and crisp, the perfect wine for any light meal. Hints of lemon and honeysuckle. Similar in style to Pinot Grigio.
Pairs well with shrimp and grits, a fried fish sandwich, or pasta salad.

2018
BARREL VILLARD BLANC
Fermented in barrel, this Villard blanc is dry, but fruity with oak on the nose. Hints of pineapple and caramel.
Pairs well with fried chicken and mashed potatoes, a spicy curry, or orange chicken.

MELLIFERA
A late harvest dessert wine. Hints of honey, honeysuckle, and almond.
Pairs well with pumpkin tiramisu, pecan pie, and baklava.
