These are Chambourcin vines. They are French-American Hybrids. They produce a neutral style red wine that requires very little intervention. They have the disease resistance of native grapes and the flavor of European wine grapes. They are grown on a trellis called the Geneva Double Curtain which allows each plant a balanced access to sun and shade.
